Australia - Information about passport renewals

If you already have a valid APEC Business Travel Card and have since obtained a new passport, you do not need to submit a new ABTC application to update your passport details.

You simply need to provide us your new passport details which we will use to update our system and we will be able to issue you a new card at no extra cost.

You can either email (abtc@immi.gov.au) us your new passport information or, for a quicker response, you can phone us on +61 2 6223 9182.

You must provide us the following information:

• Name
• Date of birth
• New passport number
• Date of issue
• Date of expiry
• Issuing authority
